From a woman’s perspective… beards ARE out! They are old fashioned, not clean, half the time because they usually catch food and sneezes and facial oil… gross!
They are also terrible when you are trying to kiss your man… YOU imagine getting a mouth full of prickly hair in what is supposed to be a romantic or sexy moment-not sexy at all. They are disgusting! Shave them OFF!

Troy’s dead on with Nails and APC. I’d also ad Girl Talk to that list. You can get it for free from his labels site. Tons of fun… but not for the whole family.

If you like the hard stuff: A Perfect Circle – Thirteenth Step, NIN – The Slip (it’s got this really long ambient song that will take you for miles). I’ve been listening to Green Day lately, and Comfort Eagle by Cake.

And normally I hate 80’s music, but the Rocky Balboa soundtrack is just too perfect for running to avoid.
